We offer a range of classes to motivate and help you to reach your fitness goals. 

Boxercise

Boxercise is a high-intensity interval boxing training to get fit. Our boxercise classes consist of pad work and bag workouts as well. You'll be challenged by exercises that will help develop speed, fitness, agility and power - all designed to improve your skills and stamina.

Boxing

A high intensity class that is run by our in-house and ex professional boxer Pat McAleese. This is a class that will get you fit while learning all of the elements of boxing. A great workout!

Body Weight HIIT 

A high-energy full body workout. Workout at your own pace with a great group of like-minded people. Burning lots of calories while getting fitter and having fun. *Classes are held inside during winter months. 

Weighted HIIT

A full body HIIT Class utilising weights such a dumbbells and barbells. A great way to bring resistance training into your fitness journey while working at your own pace. 

K1 Mixed Martial Arts

Muay Thai / K1 training is tailored to meet your own goals. Whether you’re unfit, new to exercise or experienced and with a high level of fitness, we will help you to achieve your targets. This class is ideal for fitness, confidence building, self-defence, stress relief and much more.

Brazilian Ju-Jitsu

Brazilian Ju-Jitsu is a famous martial art, combat sport, and self-defence practice emphasising on learning how to grapple. Whether you are a beginner or more experienced, our Black Belt Professor Vince will ensure you have a great session. 

Girls That Lift 

The only class of its kind in the area, this is a class purely for the ladies. The gym is closed, so it is ideal if you are looking to build confidence and you would like to learn to lift weights in a safe and fun environment. Working on a weekly rotation of training Legs and Abdominals, Chest, Triceps and Biceps and Back and Shoulders, you will soon be up and running and smashing the gym with your very own gym programme.

Circuits & Weighted HIIT

A great class for gaining strength and improving stamina. We use a mix of resistance training, high energy cardio and weights to ensure you get the most out of each session and come away feeling stronger and energised.
