Here are some of our most commonly asked questions...

Can I use the gym if I am not a member?

Yes! You can purchase a day pass for £7.00 and if you sign up at the end of your session, we will take the total of the day pass off of your first month's membership.

Is there a joining fee or contract?

No, we do not charge and joining fee and there is no contract. We know that circumstances can change so our memberships are flexible.

Do I need to book the classes?

Yes, we advise that you book onto classes. You can book at reception, call us on 07498977156 or contact us via Facebook or Instagram.

How do I book a PT session? 

To book a PT session, please speak to reception and they will advise you. 

Do I need to have an induction?

No, we do not make this a joining requirement. However, if you would like an induction this can be arranged for a small fee. If you are unsure about any of the equipment or exercises, please ask our friendly reception team!

How old do I need to be to join?

Our minimum age to join is 14 but you will need to be sensible and have an adult's permission. Any silly or bad behaviour will not be tolerated.

What do I do if I lose something? 

Speak to reception and they will check if the lost item has been handed in.

How do I get a locker key?

Please ask at reception and we will provide a locker key to be used during your session.

What kind of footwear should be worn in the gym?

Trainers only, no sliders, work wear or muddy boots to be worn in the gym!

What do I do if I am injured?

Inform reception immediately. 

What classes are included in my membership? 

Boxing and K1 Muay Thai/ Mixed Martial Arts is included in your monthly membership.

Can I sign up for the HIIT Classes and still use the gym? 

Yes, you can do this for £50.00 a month. 

What is the fee for the HIIT classes only. 

£40.00 a month.

My work Schedule is pretty hectic, can I do the HIIT classes at different times during the week. 

Sure, you can book whichever HIIT classes suit your working week. 

How do I cancel my membership? 

If you wish to cancel your membership, please let reception know. If you have a standing order or direct debit you will need to notify your bank. 

Can I freeze my membership without cancelling? 

Please ask at reception and we can advise you.
